About this tool
Type the text, pick where it goes (corners, edges or centre), the size and colour, and which pages. It is drawn as real vector text in Helvetica, so it stays sharp when printed. Use it to fill flat forms that have no fields, add "Copy" or a reference number, or label pages.
For a drawn signature use Sign PDF; for a diagonal stamp across the page use Watermark.
How it works
- Step 1. Choose or drop the PDF(s).
- Step 2. Type the text; pick position, size, colour, pages.
- Step 3. Press Add text and download.
Questions
Can I place the text exactly where I click?
Not yet — nine fixed positions are offered. Free placement is planned.
Does it support Hindi or Arabic text?
This tool uses Helvetica (Latin). For other scripts, create the text with Text to PDF and merge, or use the OCR tool's searchable layer approach.
Will it cover existing content?
Text is drawn on top at the opacity you choose; pick 50–70% to keep what is underneath visible.
