      About this tool

Add a fillable PDF and its fields appear as plain inputs — text, multi-line text, checkboxes, radio buttons and dropdowns — prefilled with whatever is already there. Type your answers and press Fill form. Choose Flatten to bake the answers into the page so they show in every viewer and cannot be edited; leave it off to keep the form editable.

Because the form is processed in your browser, it suits exactly the documents forms usually are: applications, declarations, bank and visa paperwork.

      How it works

      1. Step 1. Choose or drop the fillable PDF; its fields are listed.
      2. Step 2. Type the answers; tick checkboxes; pick dropdown values.
      3. Step 3. Choose Flatten (recommended) and press Fill form; download <name>-filled.pdf.

      Questions

It says no form fields were found — why?

The PDF is a flat scan or printout, not an interactive form. Use Add text to PDF to type on it, or OCR it first if you need the text.

      What does "flatten" mean?

The field values are converted to regular page content. The result prints and displays identically everywhere and cannot be changed by the next reader.

Can I sign the form too?

Fill it here, then run the result through Sign PDF to add your signature image.

      Good to know

      • Signature fields and buttons are not filled.
      • Field text uses Helvetica (Latin characters).
