Every tool here runs on your device, so there are no servers crunching your files — but there is one developer building, testing and re-verifying everything. If the tools saved you a subscription, a coffee keeps them free and funds the next ones.
What a coffee pays for
- Hosting and the domain — small, because nothing is processed server-side, but not zero.
- Quarterly re-verification of every price and free-tier limit in the rankings, by hand, against the vendor pages.
- New tools and languages — OCR language packs, fonts for Indic and Arabic scripts, and the next items on the list below.
- Independence — no ads, no "pro" tier, no selling of anything about you. Donations and a few disclosed affiliate links in the desktop-apps section are the only income.

- Draw-a-box redaction and free placement for Add text and Sign.
- Hindi, Gujarati and Arabic fonts in Add text and form filling.
- More OCR languages (Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Kannada) when the fonts are in place.
- Image-based PDF/A for archiving.
