Private by design: processing happens on your device with open-source libraries served from this site (licences). Nothing is uploaded, and once loaded the tool keeps working offline. Need other tools? All tools are on the homepage.
Free, no ads, no upsell. If it saved you a trip to a paid converter, you can buy the developer a coffee — it funds new tools and keeps this one free. ☕ Buy me a coffee

About this tool
Pick a preset or add steps one by one: each step is one of the converter tools with its normal options, and the files that come out of one step go straight into the next. "Images to PDF → Compress → Add page numbers → Protect" is a single press. Order matters and the builder keeps you honest: converters that produce something other than a PDF (Protect, PDF to JPG, PDF to Word…) can only be the last step, and "to PDF" converters only the first.
Save a workflow and it is kept in your browser's storage on this device — passwords excluded — so your "weekly report" or "client hand-off" recipe is one click next time. This is the kind of automation self-hosted suites such as Stirling PDF charge for in their paid tiers; here it runs free in the browser, with nothing uploaded.
How it works
- Step 1. Choose a preset or add steps with "Next step"; set each step's options.
- Step 2. Drop the PDFs (or images / Word / Excel files if the first step converts them).
- Step 3. Press Run workflow; download the results or save the workflow for next time.
Questions
Which tools can be chained?
Images/Word/Excel to PDF (first step only), Unlock, Repair, Merge, Split (range), Rotate, Delete pages, Crop, Resize pages, N-up, Grayscale, Redact, Add text, Watermark, Page numbers, Bates, Compress, Edit metadata and OCR anywhere in the middle; Protect and every PDF-to-something converter as the last step.
Where are saved workflows stored?
In your browser's local storage on this device only. Nothing is sent anywhere; clearing site data removes them. Passwords are never saved — you type them each run.
Can I run a workflow on many files at once?
Yes. Every step processes all the files that reached it (per-file tools such as Split run on each file in turn), and you get one output per input plus a "Download all" ZIP.
Good to know
- Sign PDF, Fill form and Compare cannot be steps (they need interactive input or exactly two files).
- Steps run one after another in memory; very large batches depend on your device's RAM.
